Our mission is to make punctuality measurable — and fixable — for every medical practice
Missed appointments are one of the most persistent and costly problems in healthcare delivery. They reduce provider yield, limit patient access, and create administrative burden that falls on already stretched front desk teams. Punctil exists to solve this at the infrastructure level.
We built a platform that automates the reminders, rebooking, and administrative workflows that practices have historically handled manually — or not at all. Our tools connect to the systems practices already use, and are designed to be live and running within a week.
What drives us is simple: better appointment infrastructure leads to better care. When patients show up, providers can do their jobs. When schedules run on time, practices are healthier businesses. Punctil is the layer that makes that possible.
